ECP Workshop #1: Orientation and Personal Responsibility

Bethlehem Worku Zewede is MAM’s Manager of Employment Services, overseeing day-to-day operations of the program. She is a naturalized US citizen. Originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She is a Certified  Financial Coach, Credit Counselor and active Property/Casualty Insurance Agent. She has been working in nonprofit and Financial Opportunity Management for the past nine years.

Yolanda Bing is Employment Services Coordinator at Memorial Assistance Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides emergency financial assistance and other services to families and individuals in Spring Branch and other contiguous neighborhoods in Houston.  In this capacity, Yolanda works with MAM’s clients to assist them in overcoming their obstacles to finding and maintaining employment.  Previously, Yolanda managed an employment services program at another Houston area nonprofit organization, and also worked as a recruiter of light industrial and office employees in Illinois. Yolanda is originally from Mexico.
