Yolanda Bing is Employment Services Coordinator at Memorial Assistance Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides emergency financial assistance and other services to families and individuals in Spring Branch and other contiguous neighborhoods in Houston.  In this capacity, Yolanda works with MAM’s clients to assist them in overcoming their obstacles to finding and maintaining employment.  Previously, Yolanda managed an employment services program at another Houston area nonprofit organization, and also worked as a recruiter of light industrial and office employees in Illinois. Yolanda is originally from Mexico.

Matthew Cox is MAM’s Director of Family Education Programs, overseeing employment services, English as a second language, immigration/citizenship, legal, family counseling, and other helping programs. Raised in the Clear Lake area he recently returned to Houston after living in New England for the past 13 years. He has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership. His areas of expertise include organizational and leadership development, performance coaching and management, development/fundraising, quality system and change management.
