THRIVE Program Overview

Sara Ferguson is a THRIVE Counselor/Case Manager with Family Services of Greater Houston. She practices as a Licensed Master Social Worker and provides Solution Focused Therapy along with supportive case management services. Sara has experience providing crisis intervention and working with both adults and children. As a THRIVE Counselor, Sara assists families and individuals in reaching their financial and personal goals.

Megan Breed is the THRIVE Connection Case Manager for Family Services of Greater Houston. Megan has been with Family Houston for three years and brings with her a variety of experience in the nonprofit world. Megan is bilingual and has a background in working with all ages in a variety of settings including case management, volunteer coordinating, and teaching.  As a THRIVE Connection Case Manager, she assists families and individuals in reaching their financial and personal goals
