Bill Ogden has practiced commercial trial and appellate law in Houston for 38 years.  A 1977 honors graduate of the University of Texas law school, Bill was a partner at the Houston firm now known as Locke Lord for 16 years. In 1993 he founded his own firm, Ogden, Gibson, Broocks, Longoria & Hall, L.L.P., where he remains in practice as managing partner.  Bill is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for 25 years. Bill and his wife, Laura, are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church.  They have four grown children and two grandchildren (so far), with their third grandchild expected in the spring of 2016.

Cecile Klapesky is a native Houstonian, with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Texas-Arlington. Cecile has been working at MAM for over 4 years in different capacities including Emergency Services Intern, Case Management, Financial Stability Coordinator, and currently in Employment Services as the Pathways for Young Adults Program Coordinator. In that role she manages the day-to-day activities of the program, including community outreach and recruitment of participants, leads program orientation sessions and assessment meetings, educates and motivates participants as they work to achieve goals developed jointly as part of the individualized service plans. She coaches and counsel’s clients with resume development, networking strategies, organizational skills, and setting goals, by sharing skills and effective experiences. She values the dignity and worth of each person and believes if serving is below you, leadership is beyond you. For fun she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, and for self-care/stress relief going to CrossFit.
