Bill is a coach and consultant with over 40 years experience working with businesses and individuals to successfully navigate significant change. He has been a Certified Transformational Coach since 2005. He is dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose and remove barriers to success.
Audrey comes to MAM with many years of experience in technology, as a data analyst, as an assistive technology coordinator within a college system and with a degree in computer science. Originally from Detroit (huge music fan!) Audrey has one of the brightest personalities – a real inspiration for our clients, volunteers and staff alike.
Tobin Weaver retired from Chevron after 40 years of service in the oil industry. Most of her career was spent in training; including computer skills, problem solving, team building, leadership, facilitator and soft skills.
Her hobbies include yoga, travel, reading and an occasional game of golf. She has volunteered with various dog rescues and the SPCA. Tobin currently volunteers at MAM as a Job Coach and part-time instructor. She earned a B.S. in HR/Organizational Development and a M.S. in Management
Bethlehem Worku Zewede is MAM’s Manager of Employment Services, overseeing day-to-day operations of the program. She is a naturalized US citizen. Originally from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She is a Certified Financial Coach, Credit Counselor and active Property/Casualt Insurance Agent. She has been working in nonprofit and Financial Opportunity Management for the past nine years
