ALL MAM clients are encouraged to attend.  MAM Volunteers and interested "Networking Mentors" also invited and encouraged to attend.

Suggested dress is business casual.

Kristin has served at MDPC since August 1997, as the Associate Pastor for Outreach Ministries, an assignment that includes reaching out to the community, the city, and the world. Kristin attended Oklahoma University (BA in Spanish) and the University of Texas at Dallas (MS in Special Education).  In 1983, she received her MDiv and was ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA). In 2010, Kristin received her DMin from Fuller and currently teaches for the Seminary as an adjunct professor. Her family includes husband, Mike, children Mark and Becky, and step-daughter Lizz. Lizz is the mother of Kristin’s two grandchildren.

Ernie Perez had an extensive career with ExxonMobil with significant accomplishments in all aspects of staffing and development, global recruiting, vetting, assimilation, career development and exit processes. He has additional background in the development and implementation of technical, human resources and career development training programs.

Since 2004, has served as an active facilitator, counselor, and workshop leader for several job transition ministry programs in the Greater Houston area providing program administrative functions, group workshop presentations, and 1:1 job transition counseling.  He was a co-founder of Between Jobs Ministries, perhaps the most impactful Christian ministry in Houston focused on career transition.

Since 2008, has provided adjunct job search skills consulting role for candidates with the IMPACT Group.
