Knowing Yourself
This workshop will help you to understand that it's critical to know yourself -- the good and the bad -- before starting your job search.
Can you quickly and succinctly tell a prospective employer who you are and what you can do for him/her? Are there interview questions you dread so much that you are afraid to prepare for them? Can you put forward an infectiously positive attitude on demand? Or at least fake it until you make it?
We will talk about these and other questions in this foundational discussion of how to get yourself ready for the challenge of finding a job in difficult economic times. Come ready to participate, laugh and have a good time.
