Community Health Fair
The objective of this Community Health Fair is to open their facility to the neighborhood and raise awareness and provide information about impactful services and programs SBCHC can all offer to the Spring Branch community. Additionally, they will provide free health screenings that will include: blood pressure check, blood sugar screening, and a body mass index (BMI) screening. Free Dental screenings for children and Flu Shots are still being discussed.
SBCHC has also arranged for a variety of partnering agencies to exhibit resources aimed at serving the Spring Branch community.
