    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Review, assist and complete with the Property Accountants and Property Managers the functions of monthly rental charges, monthly chargebacks, collections and final Aged Delinquency review
    • Posting of monthly cash receipts on a daily basis
    • Maintenance and upkeep of Rent Roll and Lease files
    • Review, assist and complete with the Property Accountants and Property Managers the annual 1099 reporting and Tenant expense reconciliations
    • Complete daily cash management entries and assist with monthly bank reconciliations
    • Responsible for monitoring utility expenses as well as ensuring payments for all expenses are made by due dates
    • Other duties that may be assigned or are in conjunction with their specific assigned properties or job duties

    REQUIREMENTS
    • 1-3 years experience in Real Estate Accounts Receivable
    • Proficient in: Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI preferred
