    Job Description

    At RIS, the CSR is the face of our organization. They will be responsible for answering the phones, taking detailed notes, opening support tickets, scheduling all appointments, and managing client expectations. The CSR routinely works with demanding clients and helps address their concerns with empathy and understanding.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment. The ability to successfully and accurately handle multiple projects and priorities is a must. Experience in the IT sector is also important. As the CSR will spend a large amount of time on the phone, a pleasant and easily understood phone presence is required. Professionalism is also essential in this role. Preferential treatment will be given to those candidates with a background in project management, POS support and implementation, or who possess IT skills.
