    The Service Entry Clerk plays an important role within the Capital Project Management Office by systematically and efficiently collecting services receipt information and entering the data into the appropriate company systems to maximizing financial and operational performance, and minimize risk. He/she is responsible for working with service provider time keeping personnel to receive accurate date, enter the data into appropriate ERP system modules, provide the data to internal personnel for services receipt approval, and troubleshoot receipt/invoice errors.


    • Proven experience as a data entry clerk
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is strongly preferred
    • Working knowledge of office computer hardware and peripheral devices
    • Basic understanding of databases
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • An understanding of services related activities in a plant environment
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably on an Oracle platform
    • High school degree or equivalent

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Ensures timesheets are obtained from vendors in a timely manner
    • Reviews timesheets for deficiencies; resolves discrepancies using standard procedures or returns incomplete documents to the provider for resolution
    • Enters services receipt data into the company’s information systems and attaches backup documentation in the appropriate machine format
    • Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output
    • Supports the Contract Administrator as needed, including assistance on all auditing activities
    • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
