    Responsibilities Include:

    • Answer all incoming calls on a mutli-line phone system in a professional manner
    • Handle incoming mail and faxes, sort & distribute to applicable persons
    • Input approved Accounts Payable invoices in accounting software
    • Distribute AP folders to Property Managers for approval weekly
    • Assist Office Manager and Leasing Director as needed
    • Make updates to website and information, update leasing flyers, update utility spreadsheets, etc. Basic Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and computer skills are required
    • Maintain certificate of insurance files for Tenants and vendors
    • Assist Property Manager in all daily activities as needed
    • Work consistently to help Management Department keep organized and to make sure all Tenant Correspondence is Filed Properly
    • Keep record of daily postage by property
    • General Office Filing daily and weekly

    Skills and Traits needed:

    Self Starter, self motivated, and able to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher. Able to effectively communicate with management, tenants, and employees. To be a team member and to help out in any way required. Need to be punctual, dependable and take initiative. Be able to promptly perform duties in a timely manner.
