    Technical Customer Service Representative

    $15.00 - $18.50 an hour

    Revention is seeking Technical Customer Service Representatives specializing in technology hardware and software support. Revention is the leading provider of hardware and software solutions for the hospitality industry. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will provide technical assistance in a prompt and professional manner. Relocation packages are available for highly qualified candidates. Our call center provides service to our customers 24/day, 365 days a year. All shifts available.

    Hourly, non-exempt position, $15.00 - $18.50 depending on experience and qualifications. Our employees work a 45-hour work week.

    Requirements - Minimum

    - 2+ years experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, analysis, & resolution

    - 1+ year of taking inbound calls for Customer support

    - Call center environment experience

    - High School Diploma or GED

    - Excellent verbal and written skills

    - Outstanding work ethic

    - Microsoft Office experience

    - Stable work history

    - Experience upselling

    Requirements - Preferred

    - Hospitality/Restaurant experience preferred

    - Associates degree preferred

    - Advanced organizational skills

    - Strong interpersonal skills

    - Strong leadership skills

    - Outstanding work ethic

    - Microsoft A+ Certification preferred

    - Net + Certification preferred

    - CRM experience
