Cathy Glowacky is a native of the Galveston mainland area and a long-time resident of Houston. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Human Development. Cathy has worked in a variety of roles in the past including case worker for foster care children and administrative assistant in the fields of commercial real esate and corporate law. She is married and enjoys various types of service work that help others improve the quality of their lives, including her volunteer work at MAM.
After 40 years of service in the oil industry, Tobin retired from Chevron. Most of her career was spent in training; including computer skills, problem solving, team building, leadership, facilitator and soft skills.
Her hobbies include yoga, travel, reading and an occasional game of golf. She has volunteered with various dog rescues and the SPCA. Tobin currently volunteers at MAM as a Job Coach and part-time instructor. She earned a B.S. in HR/Organizational Development and a M.S. in Management
