Description

All MAM Employment Services Volunteers (volunteer job coaches, ECP instructors, computer literacy volunteers and mentors) are invited to participate in this "train the trainers" session, which will help us to translate the things that will be taught in Juliana Ashley's April 5, 2012 workshop on "Finding Your Strengths, Discovering Your Aptitudes" to follow up one-on-one client advice.

If this is a successful event, we will consider offering it to clients about once every two to three months on a recurring basis.

The workshop will end by encouraging clients to sign up for one-hour sessions with volunteer job coaches and/or MAM staff to create individual game plans for clients who may be struggling with which direction to take their career search.

This is a great addition to our program, filling a gap that we have known we had for some time:  helping clients discover their aptitudes, whether at the beginning, middle, or end of their working careers.

Please RSVP by using the registration function on this page.

Thanks,

bob
