Description
Wednesday January 22, 2020 from 10am to 6pm
Students will Learn:
- Food Safety regulations and handling technics
- Health Code
- Time and Temperature Control
- Cleaning and sanitizing safe food preparation
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points (HACCP)
- Preventing cross contamination and good personal hygiene
Eligibility Criteria: High School Diploma or GED
Students will receive a Serve Safe Certificate upon completting the training.
