Judy Vo is a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Intern.  She believes it is important for one to take time to thoroughly engage in self-exploration for both gaining a better understanding of who they truly are and attaining a healthy dose of self-awareness that will permit significant change to take place in their life.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and her Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston-Main Campus.  Fluent in Vietnamese and English, Judy has experience in working with anxiety, Autism Spectrum, behavioral/adjustment issues, and stress.  Because everyone is unique, she customizes therapeutic approaches based on the clients’ needs. whether it may be Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Behavioral Therapy.
