Wednesday January 22, 2020 from 10am to 6pm

 

Students will Learn:

  • Food Safety regulations and handling technics
  • Health Code
  • Time and Temperature Control
  • Cleaning and sanitizing safe food preparation
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points (HACCP)
  • Preventing cross contamination and good personal hygiene 

 

Eligibility Criteria: High School Diploma or GED

 

Students will receive a Serve Safe Certificate upon completting the training.
